Each volume is in a price-clipped dust jacket, and the three volumes are held in a (scarce) slipcase. The condition of the books is as follows: The Fellowship of the Ring - red cloth boards with gilt titling to spine, and red upper page edges; a minor rubbing to the top of the spine, some bumps to the botton of the spine; the text block is clean and tight; the spine of the dust jacket is tanned; the fold-out map is present at the rear of the book; The Two Towers - red cloth boards with gilt titling to spine, and red upper page edges in perfect condition; the text block is clean and tight; the spine of the dust jacket is tanned; the fold-out map is present at the rear of the book; The Return of the King - red cloth boards with gilt titling to spine, and red upper page edges, all in fine condition; the text block is clean and tight; the spine of the dust jacket is tanned; the fold-out map is present at the rear of the book.
