The Tolkien Shop guarantee's the quality of the products supplied. If you are not satisfied with an item, you have the right of return for a replacement or full refund within 8 days upon receipt of the product. But do contact me first.
All items are new unless otherwise indicated by the term 'antiquarian', followed by a description of the condition. I use four quality grades:
- as new: flawless
- Fine: clearly second-hand, but no damage
- Very Good: some minor damage, creases and such
- Good: major damage
"Pre-order" means that the item is not yet available, but you can already order it to make sure you get it the moment it is published.
Fortunately only very rarely does a parcel go missing in its voyage to your house. We can not take responsibility for this, but you could opt for insurance and/or recorded delivery. Just add it to you shopping card at the Latest Additions section.
Payment options:
- Paypal
- direct transfer to bankaccount
- sending cash via recorded delivery
- Postal Transfer, which means either an electronic Western Union Money Order or Money Gram. These are free of charge, but only if they are electronic transfers (i.e. you e-mail me the number). If it has the form of a cheque, then you have to add 12.50 euro to cover the bank charges.
In the checking out procedure you can indicate which option you prefer. Payment is always required in advance; "you pay, we mail."
