The Tolkien Shop guarantee's the quality of the products supplied. If you are not satisfied with an item, you have the right of return for a replacement or refund of the value of the goods ordered within 8 days upon receipt of the product. But do contact me first.
Fortunately only very rarely does a parcel go missing in its voyage to your house. We can not take responsibility for this, but you could opt for insurance and/or recorded delivery. Just add it to you shopping cart at the Latest Additions section.

- sending cash via recorded delivery
Payment is always required in advance; "you pay, we mail."
In respect to the EU Data Protection Regulations, The Tolkien Shop does not hold your details in any electronic form. A paper copy of your order is kept for seven years to comply to Dutch tax laws.
